I work with individuals, couples, teens, and families who want to heal, grow, and reconnect—both with themselves and with the people who matter most. I support clients navigating trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My work includes couples counseling and infidelity therapy for partners trying to rebuild trust, as well as specialized support for Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) and affirming LGBTQIA+ therapy.
My approach integrates evidence-based practices with a warm, collaborative style so you feel safe, supported, and empowered. I draw from modalities such as narrative, somatic therapy, EFT, and systemic therapy to help you process experiences stored in both the mind and body, strengthen emotional connection, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I offer online therapy throughout Oregon, including Tigard. Wherever you’re located, we’ll work together to make sense of what feels heavy or confusing—and move toward a healthier, better grounded, and more connected life.

Take OR-217 North toward Beaverton/Portland.
Merge onto I-5 North toward Portland. You’ll pass Bridgeport Village just before getting on I-5.
Take Exit 299B for SW Macadam Ave (OR-43 N) toward the waterfront.
Continue north on SW Macadam Ave. You’ll pass South Waterfront Park along the river.
Continue to your destination, which will be on your right.
